Can you park at Amarelo Apartments?

Yes, it is possible to park securely on our private driveway. We have space for 1 standard-sized car per apartment. Since parking restrictions have recently been introduced in Charlbury, this is particularly beneficial to guests.

Are you in a central location in Charlbury?

You will find it difficult to find a more centrally located holiday rental in Charlbury. Your accommodation is within 60 metres of the old town centre crossroads. This is very close to all the popular pubs (The Bull, The Bell and The Rose and Crown), cafés and restaurants, with the Co-op convenience store a little further away.

What is the maximum length of stay?

You can book our apartments for a maximum 30 days each. You will receive a discount for a stay of a week or more and a significant discount for 28+ days. Please note, for longer stays we will clean weekly with associated fees.

Where can I visit easily from Charlbury?

Charlbury is very convenient for visiting Woodstock and Blenheim Palace, Great Tew, Chipping Norton, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Oxford. Also within easy reach of popular private members’ clubs at Soho Farmhouse, Estelle Manor and Daylesford.

Is it easy to get to the apartments?

Yes, Charlbury has the great benefit of being on the mainline railway from London Paddington (75 mins) to Worcester / Hereford. Our apartments are very central to the town and only a 6 to 9 minute walk from the train station. Being on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds, Charlbury is within easy reach by car from London and Birmingham via the M40 corridor.

Is this a good place to stay for the local festivals?

Yes, the apartments are very well located and an easy walk to Wilderness, Riverside and Charlbury Beer Festivals.

Do you offer separate beds?

We offer very comfortable super-king double beds which can be separated into twin beds on request.

Do you allow children and babies?

The accommodation is provided for adults and is not suitable for parents with young children and babies.

Do you accept extra guests?

We allow a maximum 2 guests, and will not permit extra.

Do you accept dogs?

Sorry, we do not accept dogs in our apartments.

Are the apartments warm in winter?

Absolutely! you are guaranteed to stay toasty. The building has recently been completely refurbished to modern standards throughout.

What else do I need to know?

When booking we ask for some Id and also a security deposit (this is actually a card pre-authorisation).

Yes, your payment is handled securely through an integration to Stripe, which is trusted worldwide and meets the highest industry security standards.
